With the purchase of a refundable rate, the customer may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged
Between June and September, the customer can cancel free of charge up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

When choosing a non-refundable rate, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, even in case of cancellation at any time.
In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
After completing the reservation, the customer may request a change of dates, choosing any available date that maintains the same rate. However, if there is a difference in price between the rates, this will be charged additionally.
The guest is exempt from any deposit. However, in case of damage to the accommodation, they will be responsible for compensating the amount corresponding to the damages assessed.
During the stay, the guest may incur charges for additional services not included in the original reservation.
The customer must correctly indicate the number of people at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to charge an additional amount for each guest not included in the reservation, per night.
These general conditions define the terms under which Alo.Baía provides its services, including the obligations of both parties involved. By making a reservation, the customer accepts the terms set forth herein. However, any specific agreement entered into between the parties shall prevail over these conditions.
